A structured path, from first contact to final delivery. Every project follows the same 10 steps, in the same order, for the same reason. Good brand identity work isn't improvised. It's earned through research, defined through strategy, and refined through deliberate decision-making.
All communication is managed in writing by default. Every decision is documented.
Getting started
Inquiry
Basic details, submitted through a short form which is included below. No long applications. Just enough information to understand what you need and whether it's a fit.

Review & Proposal
Submitted details are reviewed within 48 hours. If they are found to be a good fit, a proposal is sent, including pricing and next steps.

Contract & Deposit
Once a package is selected, a clear contract is drafted. Scope, timeline, and terms are confirmed in writing. Work begins once the deposit is received.
Strategy & Design
Brand Discovery
A written questionnaire anchors the foundation. Covers every aspect of the business, with a follow-up call available if needed. This is where preferences and specific elements are shared.

Brand positioning & Concept delivery
Persona and perception are defined before any visual work begins. Logo concepts are then delivered with full rationale, so each direction can be evaluated on reasoning, not just appearance.

Client feedback & Refinements
One direction is chosen, with two rounds of revisions included. You choose the concept and direction that fits, and share any changes you'd prefer within the included revision rounds.

Design & Development
Draft artworks done for rest of the assets based on the chosen concept and direction.
Finalising & Delivery
Final balance
The remaining balance is due before I move into next stage of work.

Preparation of final files
Once final payment has been cleared, all final asset files along with the brand guideline will be created.

Final logo: Some brands may only require a single‑colour logo or no secondary placement. Variations are tailored to the brand’s needs.
Timeline: Estimated timelines are provided for each branding package, but the actual duration may vary depending on the number of revision rounds, the speed of client feedback, and the number of projects in the queue at that time. At each stage, the next delivery of content will be communicated upfront.
Process: The process may differ slightly depending on the package you choose, particularly in terms of payment structure. All details will be clearly outlined in the contract, based on the package selected and the mode of project management (Direct or via Upwork).
