Digital Products

  • Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final.

  • Once files are delivered or downloaded, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your needs.

Brand Projects / Custom Work

  • For custom branding projects, terms are agreed upon individually with each client.

  • Refunds are not available once project files have been delivered, but I will work with you during the process to ensure satisfaction through agreed revision rounds.

Exceptions

  • If you experience a technical issue (such as corrupted files or download errors), please contact me directly. I will make sure you receive the correct files.

  • In rare cases of duplicate payment or accidental double purchase, I will issue a refund after verification.

If you experience any issues with your file such as a broken link, incorrect size, or formatting error please reach out via Store Inquiry or Contact page, and I’ll be happy to help resolve it promptly.

Typical response time: within 24–48 hours.
